Watched Almost Famous again today. The directors “bootleg” cut. It never gets old. I love this movie.

Dr. Dog - Where’d All That Time Go?
I’m absolutely loving this 60’s/70’s revival that’s been going around the indie scene lately (Morning Benders, Dinosaur Feathers, Girls, etc). Newest case in point being the new Dr. Dog album. The way this song is written and recorded just screams that era to me - from the backup vocal harmonies during the chorus to the way the whole thing sounds like it’s slightly underwater to the Taxman-esque solo out of nowhere at the end - it’s just awesome. Try and tell me this wouldn’t fit perfectly on the Almost Famous soundtrack.
